We open with a video hyping the Rush vs. Shane Taylor match coming up later tonight. Kinda reminiscient of the old TNA videos back in the day.
Rush, Dragon Lee & Bestia del Ring discuss business backstage. They will humiliate their oposition with the steel chair. Kenny King suggests that Rush can beat Shane Taylor without the chair. Amy Rose says that they better use that chair! Rush tells King that the group is about pure humiliation. Kenny seems to be having second thoughts about this whole thing.
Backstage News On The Impact Wrestling Creative Team

Pro wrestling veteran Jimmy Jacobs is reportedly working as the current head of the Impact Wrestling creative team.
It was reported this week by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Jacobs writes Impact TV each week usually with help from Robert Evans and Tommy Dreamer.
Jacobs leads the team but reports to Impact Co-Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore, who has the final say on all Impact creative matters.
Jacobs, who also works as a producer for Impact, worked as a WWE creative writer from 2015-2017. He debuted with Impact in November 2017. Evans also worked as a WWE writer from 2016-2019. He joined Impact in October 2019, and also works as a producer. It was just reported that Dreamer is stepping away from his TV role to focus on his behind-the-scenes work, as a producer and writer.
AEW Dominates 2020 Wrestling Observer Awards, WWE Wins Most Disgusting Promotional Tactic

The 41st annual Wrestling Observer Newsletter readership awards have been announced and AEW took home most of the top honors.
The awards are based on the time period from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Each category is voted on by the readers of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, which includes fans an various people in the pro wrestling business.
Not only did AEW have the most winners this year, but they also dominated the lists of top 9 runner-ups in all positive awards. WWE dominated the lists of negative award winners and runner-ups. Some of the positive categories featured none, just one or two WWE nominees.
