The money’s end destination remains unclear.
A month after Somali president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo’s term expired, Somalia remains without a legitimate government and the country is descending deeper into political chaos. As protestors prepare to take to the streets, Somalis wear masks emblazoned with “Down with the Dictator.” Farmaajo now deploys security forces not against al-Shabaab terrorists as international funders intended, but rather against political opponents seeking to rally for free elections. Meanwhile, al-Shabaab acts unrestrained. On March 5, a car bomb struck a popular restaurant in the capital, killing at least ten. Somalis suspect that Fahad Yasin, Farmaajo’s intelligence chief who has maintained tight personal relations with al-Shabaab, was complicit in the attack in order to provide Farmaajo with an excuse to crackdown.
Be very afraid of NOT taking this COVID-19 vaccine
The lies about this COVID-19 vaccine are just too much.
Typically, conspiracy theories start off benefiting a clear side. In the case, I dare say most of us peddling lies about this COVID vaccine are merely mal-articulating their innate fears and concerns as well-thought out concepts in an effort to keep up appearances as not quaking in their boots. Their so-called “evidence” is forced, desperate and made to fit some story they need you to believe in order for them to fully believe.
But facts will remain facts whether we accept them or not. Luckily, accurate data can nowadays almost instantly be confirmed through one google search and a quick read on a trusted website, like that of the WHO.

The FINANCIAL The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors approved a US$57 million project to help Lao PDR promote sustainable forest management, improve protected area management, and enhance livelihoods opportunities in eight provinces across the country. As World Bank notes, project funding comes from the World Bank’s International Development Association, with contributions from the Global Environment Facility and the Canada-World Bank Clean Energy and Forest Climate Facility.
The Lao Landscapes and Livelihoods Project will support economic recovery in light of the adverse impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic by focusing on preservation of natural capital such as forests, biodiversity, water resources, soil, and land. The Project will help communities in over 600 villages and 25 forest areas to secure livelihoods and jobs from sustainably managed forests, including opportunities in timber and non-timber products, and nature-based tourism.
