Triple Threat World Title Match Announced For AEW Double Or Nothing Posted By: Ben Jordan Kerin on May 12, 2021
Kenny Omega is set to defend his AEW World Title against Orange Cassidy and PAC at AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view on May 30 at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida.
PAC vs. Orange Cassidy ended in a controversial manner with a double count-out during tonight’s AEW Dynamite in a Number One Contender Match.
Don Callis and Omega got involved which caused a double count-out after Omega hit PAC with the title.
Omega and Callis were hoping there would be no opponent at the pay-per-view, but Tony Schiavone told him that by orders of President Tony Khan, Omega would now defend the title in a triple threat against Cassidy and PAC.

As a special guest on The Kurt Angle Show, Randy Orton revealed the most uncomfortable moment in his career
In 2006, Orton and Rey Mysterio were involved in a feud after Mysterio eliminated Orton in the Royal Rumble to get the opportunity to headline WrestleMania 22 in honor of his late friend Eddie Guerrero. In Orton’s pursuit of getting a World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania, Orton told Rey that Eddie hadn’t gone to heaven, and was actually in hell.
Making those comments just months after Eddie had tragically passed away, Orton admitted that it was uncomfortable to say. The 41-year-old said Rey told him that Eddie would be fine with it and he also got confirmation from Vickie Guerrero, Eddie’s wife, as well.
Former multi-time WWE Champion CM Punk was on a recent episode of
The Movie Crypt with Adam Green and Joe Lynch. The three discussed horror movies and Punk’s latest film
Jakob’s Wife. Green and Lynch also asked Punk when he realized pro wrestling was a career path for him.
“I think when people started paying me money to do it,” Punk stated. “It’s the equivalent of you’re a kid, you cut your neighbor’s lawn and they hand you $7, and you’re like, ‘Whoa, wait a second, what?’ You instantly become a capitalist, and there was obviously a point in my career where I was wrestling and yes, I was getting paid, but I needed a real job to support my wrestling habit.
