Chemonics seeks a Global Standards Consultant for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain-Technical Assistance (GHSC-TA) Francophone Task Order who will support the constitution of a GS1 compliant Central product database for the pharmaceutical industry in Benin to improve the efficiency of the supply chain. The Global Standards consultant will support Benin’s implementation of a national product catalog as well as the ecosystem to adopt, deploy and use the GS1 standards. This role will also help to accelerate the supplier onboarding through education and training.

Chemonics seeks a proposal coordination consultant (proposal coordinator) for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project is implemented by Chemonics and serves as the primary vehicle through which USAID 1) procures and provides health commodities, 2) provides technical assistance to improve partner countries’ management of the supply chain, and 3) collaborates with key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives.
As part of Chemonics’ project activities in Rwanda, GHSC-PSM needs a short-term local consultant to assist with the preparation and submission of the technical and financial proposal for a forth coming solicitation.

The Global Health Supply Chain Program- Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project is the primary vehicle through which the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) procures and provides health commodities for countries receiving U.S. government foreign assistance. GHSC-PSM also provides technical assistance to improve the efficiency, reach, and sustainability of in-country supply chains and is supported with funding from the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative, USAID’s family planning and reproductive health program, and USAID’s maternal and child health program.
