Roger serves as Managing Partner for Deloitte’s New York office, overseeing the firm’s largest office, comprised of more than 6,000 professionals. In this role, he is responsible for driving business growth, facilitating a multi-disciplinary approach towards serving clients, leading corporate citizenship strategy and creating and modeling a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.
