Based on Japanese format Sasuke, Ninja Warrior has been adapted around the world US channel NBC is kicking off its summer schedule with the return of America’s Got Talent, American Ninja Warrior and Making It. All three shows are due to begin new seasons in the week commencing May 31. Exec producer Simon Cowell will return to America’s Got Talent as a judge alongside Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Howie Mandel. Terry Crews will continue to host as the American public again compete to impress the judges and win US$1m. As well as Cowell, Sam Donnelly, Jason Raff and Richard Wallace exec produce the show, which is entering its 16th season. America’s Got Talent is a copro between Fremantle and Cowell’s Syco Entertainment.
