Jan 01: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday laid the foundation stone for the construction of ready to live Light House here at Agartala Akhaura to shelter the urban poor using GHTC technology.Along with Indore, Chennai, Ranchi, Lucknow, and Rajkot, the Light House Project (LHP) for the first time in the country under the Global Housing Technology Challenge-India (GHTC-India) to come up here at Agartala. Over 1,000 houses will be built in each of the cities under this project. VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy stated that the government will complete construction of houses by 2022 and provide houses to all eligible persons without fail.
