Put on your best island-style outfit and meet favorite DreamWorks characters during the Tropical Thrills celebration at Universal Studios Singapore, which started on March 11.
Universal Studios Singapore is celebrating all things “fun in the sun” with the totally Tropical Thrills celebration, as part of Resort World Sentosa’s resort-wide Frolic in the Tropics event. Dozens of DreamWorks friends are on hand, along with new characters, including the first-ever talking tiki, King Kahula.
There are seven special events and experiences happening at the Studios:

Walamak Island is the setting for a joke-filled visit with the fast-talking, music-loving tiki “King of fun” during interactive meet and greets.

Despite the pandemic, leadership remains committed to new investments in the parks and are still moving forward with Epic Universe, the largest expansion since Islands of Adventure opened in 1999. Even as Epic Universe construction ramps up, new additions are still moving forward at Universal’s other parks. Universal executives have been focused on opening the new Beijing resort, now slated to debut later this year. There’s also been plenty of focus on Hollywood, where multiple new attractions have been in the works.

The current average rental rate in 2021 so far is $3.82 psf for condos.
For landed properties, the average rental rate was $2.77 psf in 2020. We did not take 2021 into account because it has only had 1 rental transaction so far in the area.
