European startups are booming So why is Brussels still obsessed with Big Tech?

It s a bumper year for European startups but you couldn t tell from the conversation in Brussels. On Monday, Estonian ride-hailing firm Bolt got its hands on €600 million to launch a new grocery delivery service.
