Bharti Airtel Ltd has raised $1.25 billion overseas by selling senior bonds and perpetual bonds, in the largest fundraising by any Indian investment grade issuer since January 2019, it said on Thursday.
Bharti Airtel priced the senior 10.25-year bonds of $750 million at a yield of 187.5 basis points (bps) for an implied coupon of 3.25%, while its wholly-owned subsidiary Network i2i Ltd priced $500 million worth guaranteed subordinated perpetual 5.25-year bonds at a coupon of 3.975%.

MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited ( MEP ) has received the Letter of Award (LOA) dated February 24, 2021 from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) informing that MEP has been engaged as the Contractor for the collection of user fee through e-tender for Sergarh Fee Plaza at Km. 97.960 (Old Km 182.175) for the section from Km 143.635 to Km 80.994 (Bhadrak to Balasore Section) of NH-5 in the state of Odisha.
The operations will commence after 12 (twelve) days from the date of issuance of LOA and the contractual amount for the said Project is Rs. 62,73,00,000/-(Rupees Sixty Two Crores Seventy Three Lakhs only) payable to NHAI.
