Projects and initiatives with award-winning potential now have an extra two weeks to complete their entries for the 2021 British Construction Industry Awards.
The new deadline for entering the event, which is jointly hosted by the Institution of Civil Engineers and New Civil Engineer, is now 4 June.
“BCIA is the biggest celebration of the construction industry and getting onto the shortlist to be in with a chance to win is an excellent way to demonstrate to clients, your peers, supply chain and future employees that your firm is a leader when it comes to excellence,” said NCE editor Claire Smith. “Putting a project or initiative forward for an award is also a great way to show your teams how proud you are of their achievements, especially after the challenges the sector has faced in dealing with the pandemic. However we recognise that workloads are picking up and everyone is busy, which is why we have added an extra two weeks for people to complete their entries.”
