Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Washington, D.C. office continues to expand with the addition of Solomon Cadle as a shareholder in the Public Finance and Infrastructure and Tax practices. He joins the firm from McKennon Shelton & Henn LLP.
Cadle focuses his practice on federal tax law and regulations involving public finance, regularly serving as bond counsel in 501(c)(3) tax-exempt financings and both tax-exempt and tax advantaged municipal financings. Cadle guides issuers, underwriters, and borrowers through the tax advantaged financing process; balancing the requirements of the federal tax law with their specific needs and goals.
