At age 20, Kate Foley has already published two books of poetry, is currently shopping around for a literary agent to publish one of multiple novels she began writing at 9, and has operated musical theater workshops for kids.
Now, Foley, who lives just outside Annville in Lebanon County, is attempting to bring her writing talents to kids between 9 and 14 in Lebanon and beyond who aren’t done learning after their days of school - Zoom, in-person or hybrid - are over.
Writer Pal, announced in December, is a six-week course offered online where Foley is teaching kids how to write short stories, poetry, and other creative formats.
