The feud between the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) escalated on Saturday after the District Malir administration along with the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) apparently launched an anti-encroachment operation against only two farmhouses in the districtâs Memon Goth.
PTI Vice President and provincial assembly opposition leader Haleem Adil Sheikh later claimed that the farmhouses belonged to his brother and cousin. But Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah said that the operation was against encroachments in the Malir district.
Shah said that these anti-encroachment operations are a part of Prime Minister Imran Khanâs policy against land grabbers in the country. He requested the PTI leadership to support operations against land grabbers. According to SBCA officials, over 30 farmhouses in the area are to be demolished.

Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Zaidi thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for approving a gift for Karachi.
The minister took to Twitter to announce that 50 state-of-the-art fire tenders with the capacity to hold 7,000 litres of water and two fire bowsers were on their way to the metropolis.
He thanked the prime minister for approving the vehicles for the city. 50 State of the Art Fire Tenders of 7000 liters of water & foam capacity + 2 Water Bowsers loaded on a ship & on their way to KHI. Thank You PM @ImranKhanPTI for this gift to KHI! he tweeted.

Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs, Ali Haider Zaidi on Sunday announced Prime Minister Imran Khan s gift for Karachi, which included fire bowsers and tenders to strengthen the city s fire department.
Taking to Twitter, the minister announced that 50 state-of-the-art fire tenders with the capacity to hold 7,000 litres of water and two fire bowsers are on their way to Karachi.
