Singapore’s best employers 2021 The Singapore’s Best Employers 2021 list is based on a vast and comprehensive research project comprising tens of thousands of evaluations, the opinions of thousands of employees and the scores for hundreds of companies. PUBLISHED: April 13, 2021 Methodology Every company employing at least 200 people in Singapore was considered for this ranking. Statista, the research partner of The Straits Times, found more than 1,700 of such companies. In order to facilitate evaluations about them in an independent environment, Statista organised online panels. Through such panels, more than 6,000 employees working for eligible companies could be identified. At the core of the scoring was a question about the willingness of staff to recommend their own employer to friends and family.
