Ross-Johnson, 21, and 19-year-old Kyler Luckadoo, who has no fixed address, were arraigned Thursday by Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller on numerous felony charges, including burglary, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and aggravated assault, according to court documents. On Jan. 21, Luckadoo and Johnson-Ross allegedly aided Jason Sanderlin, who was arraigned Jan. 30, in stealing marijuana from Dakota Holliday in the wee hours of the morning. The theft was discovered by police when they acted on confidential information that Holliday might be selling marijuana, but a search of his home only yielded a small amount of the controlled substance, a criminal complaint stated.

Robenolt, 28, was arraigned Wednesday by Magisterial District Judge Matthew Dunio on a felony drug-related charge and multiple misdemeanors, according to court documents. On Dec. 31, Robenolt was staying at the Econo Lodge on Pleasant Valley Boulevard when police stopped Valerie Sprankle, who was leaving the motel, for driving with a suspended registration, police reported. Sprankle told police she was visiting Robenolt to borrow some clothes, but after compiling a search warrant for Sprankle’s car, Logan Township police discovered methamphetamine in the vehicle, the Mirror previously reported.

City woman arraigned in alleged assault, theft | News, Sports, Jobs

ifredregill@altoonamirror.com Six people allegedly beat and robbed a woman near Gospel Hill in October, and the first of the alleged assailants was arraigned Thursday, court documents stated. Altoona resident Emily Eirhart, 19, was arrested Wednesday by Altoona police and charged with robbery, inflicting and threatening bodily injury, aggravated assault, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief and tampering with property, for her alleged involvement in the 2020 altercation, according to court documents. Recently, Eirhart and several co-defendants provided the Altoona Police Department with taped confessions, prompting Eirhart’s arraignment, a criminal complaint stated. In October, Eirhart and co-defendant Jason Z. Sanderlin, 20, plotted to ambush the victim as part of a revenge plot, because Eirhart and Sanderlin blamed the victim for their faltering relationship, police reported.
