The Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and oilfield services provider Schlumberger have launched Egypt Upstream Gateway, a national digitalization project that will assist in promoting Egypt’s exploration and production potential globally.
The digital platform grants access to over 100 years of accumulated national onshore and offshore seismic, non-seismic, well-log, production and additional subsurface data. In turn, the data serves to de-risk decision-making by providing the ability to explore multiple basins and evergreen data, and can be accessed globally.
