As gay marriage has become legal in various states and since the President has refused to enforce the law, specifically DOMA, the Defense of Marriage Act, religions that do believe marriage is between a man and a woman will possibly face charges of racial discrimination.
Archbishop Timothy Dolan has warned President Obama that the Justice Department’s argument that federal courts should hold that opposing same-sex marriage is the legal equivalent of racial discrimination will precipitate an enormous nationwide conflict between church and state.
Holder’s latest foray into stupidity will eliminate that aspect of freedom of religion which believes that marriage is between a man and a woman or there will be a modern day religious war and persecution.
