WILLIAMSBURG U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Brandon Scott Chandler, 36, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021. A native of Corsicana, Texas, he and his family had recently relocated to Williamsburg.
Brandon worked as an MQ-9 evaluator for the U.S. Air Force and held the following decorations: Meritorious Service Medal, Aerial Achievement Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Meritorious Unit Award, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, Combat Readiness Medal, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Air Force Expeditionary Service Ribbon with Gold Border, Air Force Longevity Service, USAF NCO Professional Military Education Graduate Ribbon, Air Force Training Ribbon and the NATO Medal.

WASHINGTON - Vice Adm. Yancy Lindsey, commander of CNIC, announced the awardees in a message across the 70 installations on March 5.
