Police in Portland, Oregon, said two people were arrested on Saturday night, February 27, after a march in the city’s Pearl District “turned destructive.”Protesters demonstrating against US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the detention of migrants spray-painted buildings with anti-fascist and anti-police tags and smashed some windows, police said.Videos filmed by Brendan Gutenschwager show protesters yelling at a police officer in the street, and arguing with a local resident who was standing on his balcony.
