‘19 Kids and Counting’ Star and Conservative Activist Josh Duggar Has Been Arrested on Unspecified Federal Allegations Colin Kalmbacher
Josh Duggar, a former conservative activist and star of the television show “
19 Kids and Counting,” was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service in Arkansas on Thursday. That’s according to online records.
The 6’0″ tall, 33-year-old, 238-pound reality TV star was booked into the Washington County Jail in Fayetteville, Ark., at 1:14 p.m. Duggar is listed in the records only as being “on hold for other department.” The “other department” is listed as the federal government. No bond amount is listed.
According to Fox News, federal agents “assisted” the local sheriff’s office with the apprehension for an unnamed second federal agency. The Washington County Sheriff’s office said that the Duggar arrest is “not our case.” It is not uncommon for federal inmates to be housed in local facilities outsi

(Fargo, ND) The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Richard Garrett Staples, registered his address at Centre, 123 15 Street North.
The 31-year-old was convicted of Abusive Sexual Contact in US Federal Court in 2017. Staples was found to have raped a 6 year-old female when he was 25-years-old. He was also convicted in 2014 for Sexual Abuse at 21 years-old when he raped an adult female after she had passed out.
Staples has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee.

31-year-old Richard Staples was convicted in 2017 for raping a 6-year-old girl.
He was convicted earlier in 2014 for raping a 21-year-old woman.
Both cases were in U.S. Federal Court in North Dakota.
Staples will have to register as a sex offender for life.
