WCVB has confirmed that Harvard University political science professor Danielle Allen will officially launch her gubernatorial campaign on Tuesday.During a May 30 guest appearance on WCVB s On the Record, Allen said she was just a few weeks away from making a decision about whether to move forward with a run for governor.Former State Sen. Ben Downing, also a Democrat, declared his gubernatorial candidacy in February.Massachusetts Gov.
