Cyber crimes on the rise in the United States

Phishing scams were also prominent: 241,342 complaints, with adjusted losses of over $54 million. The number of ransomware incidents also continues to rise, with 2,474 incidents reported in 2020.

May 16, 2021 The Tennessee Registry of Election Finance isn t going to reopen an investigation of Rutherford County Mayor Bill Ketron s campaign finance problems but it will accept new information about the former state senator s campaign and PAC accounts.
