Kentucky General Assembly, also called the
Section 33 of the Kentucky Constitution requires that the General Assembly divide the state into 38 Senate and 100 House districts. Districts are required to be as nearly equal in population as possible. Districts can be formed by joining more than one county, but the counties forming a district must be contiguous. Districts must be reviewed every 10 years and be re-divided if necessary.
Kentucky has a divided government, and no political party holds a state government trifecta. A trifecta exists when one political party simultaneously holds the governor’s office and majorities in both state legislative chambers. As of April 5, 2021, there are 23 Republican trifectas, 15 Democratic trifectas, and 12 divided governments where neither party holds trifecta control.

The Montana Constitution dictates that the legislature meet only on odd numbered years, and for 90-day periods. However, the Legislature did meet annually from 1973 to 1975. The primary work of the legislature at these times is to pass a biannual budget that must then be approved by the Governor.

Arizona Legislature is the state legislature of Arizona. It is a bicameral legislature that consists of a lower house, the Arizona House of Representatives, and an upper house, the Arizona State Senate. There are 60 Representatives and 30 Senators. The state legislature meets in the Capitol Complex in the state capital, Phoenix.

The
Vermont General Assembly is the state legislature of Vermont. The legislature is formally known as the General Assembly, but the title legislature is commonly used by both the body itself and by those outside of it.
Members of the House and Senate are elected by popular district vote to two-year terms. In the House, 58 districts are represented by one member each, while 46 districts are represented by two members each. The Senate consists of 30 senators elected by 13 districts, each district containing multiple members.

The change is part of the Television Viewer Protection Act, which President Donald J. Trump signed into law in December 2019 as part of a larger legislative package. The law applies to companies that provide broadband internet access, including companies that also provide TV services.
