The United States will immediately provide raw materials for Covid-19 vaccines, medical equipment and protective gear to help India respond to a massive surge in Covid-19 infections, a White House spokeswoman said on Sunday. The United States is working around the clock to deploy available resources and supplies, National Security Council spokeswoman Emily Horne said in a statement.

We are working closely with our partners in the Indian government, and we will rapidly deploy additional support to the people of India and India s health care heroes, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken tweeted on Saturday night after Washington, specifically the Biden-Harris dispensation, was trolled and lacerated on social media for its tepid response to India s plight, highlighted in graphic stories and visuals in the US media on the mounting death toll from Covid-19 infections.

After Days Of Bad Press US Says It Will Now Urgently Ship Raw Materials Needed For India s Vaccine Production

United States of America (US) authorities announced Sunday late evening (25 April) that the US has identified raw materials required for India s vaccine poduction and that these materials would be shipped urgently.
A statement from the authorities said that US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan spoke by phone today with India s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. Sullivan reportedly expressed deep sympathy for the people of India following the recent spike in COVID-19 cases.
