CAMDEN – Two suburban men face federal charges in connection with an alleged drug set at a busy Broadway intersection here.
Michael “Polo Mike” Ramseur, a 47-year-old resident of Gloucester City, is accused of controlling the open-air market at Broadway and Mount Vernon Street, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for New Jersey.
Ramseur and a Lindenwold man, 33-year-old Robert Darby, were arrested March 4 after an investigation into the alleged drug ring, according to an affidavit filed with a federal criminal complaint.
Both are charged in Camden federal court with conspiring to possess heroin with the intent to distribute.

CAMDEN - A criminal ring operating from a South Jersey call center stole identification information from bank customers, then made unauthorized withdrawals from their accounts, authorities say.
The alleged ring siphoned more than $600,000 from customer accounts between August 2016 and August 2017, according to the U.S. Attorney s Office for New Jersey.
It announced charges Thursday against two men, including a former employee at the Mount Laurel call center, but did not name the bank.
An indictment says the institution had a large presence in South Jersey, including numerous branches and administrative offices.
The 10-count indictment alleges a call center employee, 32-year-old Jamere Hill-Birdsong of Gloucester City, recruited co-workers to steal identity and account information from bank customers.
