NEW DELHI: Earlier this week, US Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, who, along with Indian American representatives Pramila Jayapal, Ro Khanna and Ami Bera, forms what is informally referred to as the ‘Samosa caucus’ in the US House of Representatives, announced the reintroduction of the Choosing Our Own Lives Over Fast Firearms (COOL OFF) Act.
