O.B. man charged with kidnapping

Felix Reagan, 24, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned in Edgartown District Court Monday before Judge Paul Pino on charges of kidnapping, breaking and entering at night, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (butcher knife), and possession of a Class B drug. Reagan pleaded not guilty to all charges. Reagan’s bail is yet to be set, but he is being held pending a dangerousness hearing on Dec. 28.
EDGARTOWN An Oak Bluffs man pleaded not guilty Monday in connection with a crash Saturday night in which a woman was killed in Tisbury.
Zachary A. Dupon, 25, was arraigned in Edgartown District Court on Monday on charges of homicide by reckless operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding. He is being held without bail.
Dupon was driving a 2002 Nissan SUV on Saturday night on Beach Road when he moved into the opposite lane to pass two vehicles in front of him. While in the opposite lane, he struck a 2010 Volkswagen Beetle head-on, according to the Massachusetts State Police.

Edgartown Shellfish Constable Paul Bagnall is being charged with defacing property after he allegedly drove a town pickup truck over a neighbor’s lawn. The incident took place on Oct. 21, according to an Edgartown Police report. That report indicates photographs and video allegedly captured Bagnall’s town truck in the act. The case was scheduled for arraignment, but was diverted on a motion to a magistrate’s hearing, according to court records.
