The US version of Family Food Fight airs on ABC
Swedish pubcaster SVT and Polish broadcaster Polsat have ordered local versions of Endemol Shine Australia’s global culinary format Family Food Fight.
The show sees families battle it out in the kitchen for the title of the nation’s best food family. In each episode, they are tasked with creating dishes for different occasions and guest numbers in the hope of impressing the judges.
Banijay’s Meter will produce the show in Sweden, while Endemol Shine Poland will make the series in Poland.
To date, the format has been adapted in 11 markets, with remakes across Europe, including for RTP in Portugal and Swiss broadcaster Sat.1, and others in Brazil and the US.
