Virtualis Studios the cloud-based, fully virtual video production division of Super League Gaming will provide remote production and monitoring solutions for the second season of FOX’s “Lego Masters,” the company announced on Wednesday.
Endemol Shine North America, which produces the show, said in a statement that it made the move “to maintain COVID-safe environments, contain costs, meet tight production timelines and facilitate critical real-time, remote communications between producers, executives, directors, agents, contestants and talent while shooting.”

A TV series adaptation of the Hasbro board game “Guess Who?” is in the works at NBC, TheWrap has learned.
Produced by Hasbro’s Entertainment One (eOne) and Endemol Shine North America, the game show would feature contestants making snap judgments based on intuition and clues in an effort to win cash prizes in each episode.
“Guess Who?” was first released by Hasbro in 1979 and has since become one of its most popular board games, and is sold in more than 28 countries around the world. In order to win the game, players must choose a card with a mystery character on it and try to guess each other’s characters using only yes-or-no questions to learn their physical features and figure out their identities.
Realscreen and Everywoman Studios’ Propelle initiative, a female-focused accelerator program, have been chosen.
The program was created and developed by Everywoman Studios’ CEO Abby Greensfelder (pictured) and
Realscreen, and was launched at the 2020 Realscreen Summit in New Orleans.
Propelle aims to further develop the careers of up-and-coming female creators by pairing them with female-owned production companies and female CEOs for project workshopping and mentoring. Through this, female creators will gain access to an established production company and various industry contacts, in addition to getting business advice and creative direction on developing ideas ready to be pitched and sold.
Each finalist will be given one complimentary registration to attend Realscreen Live 2021, as well as mentorship and workshopping of their submitted project in the weeks leading up to Realscreen Live 2021, readying them to pitch their idea to potential network partners during the virtual
US prodco Ample Entertainment has hired a trio of experienced factual executives to bolster its creative team.
Anne Hazlett
Anne Hazlett has been named VP of development, Carter Palmer casting director and Loi Ameera Almeron investigative producer. All three will report to Ample’s co-founders Ari Mark and Phil Lott.
Hazlett will boost Ample’s unscripted slate with a focus on premium factual programming. Previously, she was director of development at Lightbox, the production company behind HBO’s Tina.
During her tenure, she helped to develop Lightbox’s slate, which included docuseries Supervillain for Showtime as well as several greenlit projects for Netflix, HBO Max and Discovery+.
