The rumor mill has been chugging along lately concerning Battlefield 6, but it s been like that: mostly rumors. To lay a good amount of uncertainty to rest, here s some ironclad information.

Tom s Guide reports that the new Battlefield game, launching Holiday 2021, is promising a good number of new features ahead of its imminent official reveal. All of the information is from an official blog post from the Battlefield website.
As of yet, the blog post claims that the team at Electronic Arts and DICE are in daily playtesting right now, says DICE general manager Oskar Gabrielson on the Battlefield blog. He also states that the team working on EA s next big shooter is the biggest development team the franchise has ever had. A team from Criterion is also helping work on the game.
But the catch is that they re way more active than our sun. They flare much more frequently and intensely.
Our sun doesn t release many powerful flares; they occur only a few times during each 11-year solar cycle.
However, these flares are much more common on Proxima Centauri.
During their observation campaign, the astronomers recorded many other flares produced by the star over the course of 40 hours. Proxima Centauri s planets are getting hit by something like this not once in a century, but at least once a day if not several times a day, Ms MacGregor said.
Proxima Centauri has intrigued scientists because research has suggested that the planet nearest the star, Proxima Centauri b, could be potentially habitable.

Mozilla s Firefox web browser will no longer be an option for users on Amazon s Fire TV or Echo Show devices.
Starting April 30, all Firefox support will stop on the Amazon devices (h/t Engadget). That means no updates and no new users or downloads. If you re one of the affected users you can keep watching on Firefox unsupported, but if you delete the app you won t be able to get it back.Â
For those who have Firefox set as the default browser on their Echo Show devices (that s an Alexa-powered AI assistant speaker with a screen) you ll be automatically redirected to Amazon Silk, Amazon s own web browser. In the U.S., Google s Chrome and Apple s Safari dominate browser options across all types of devices. On Fire TV, the only browser options have always been either Firefox or Silk.
