Numerous charges expected after Edgerton crash

January 7, 2021 A two-year-old child is hospitalized after a traffic crash in Edgerton.  Police Chief Robert Kowalski says the child’s 21-year-old mother rear-ended another vehicle about 9:00 p.m Wednesday on Highway 59 at Broadway Street. Kowalski says the preliminary investigation revealed the automobile she was driving was stolen in Fort Atkinson.  The child’s injuries were considered serious enough to call in the Wisconsin State Patrol’s Accident Reconstruction team.  The road was closed for six-hours.  The 21-year-old woman from Illinois was arrested on a number of charges and is currently in the hospital, as is the driver of the other vehicle.

The accident occurred around 6 p.m. in the area of Columbus Avenue and Ella T. Grasso Boulevard, said New Haven police Capt. Anthony Duff. Pedestrian hit, killed by motorcyclist in Fall River Monday night

The Herald News FALL RIVER A Fall River pedestrian was killed Monday night when he was hit by a car on Second Street. According to the Bristol County District Attorney s Office, Wilson Miranda, 47, of Fall River was hit in the area of 600 Second St. at 7:47 p.m. When Fall River Police Department and EMS responded to the area, officers found Miranda trapped under a vehicle. He was freed from under the vehicle and was transported to Saint Anne’s Hospital, where he later died.  Major Crimes Detectives, Accident Reconstruction, and Crime Scene Unit responded to the scene for a follow-up investigation. The investigation revealed that the pedestrian had fallen in the roadway prior to being struck.

LOUIS A man who died in a crash involving a tractor-trailer and two cars in north St. Louis on Dec. 15 has been identified. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to the crash at around 8 a.m. at Riverview Drive and Hall Street, near the border of the Baden and North Riverfront neighborhoods. Police said that according to preliminary information, a man was ejected and was pronounced dead. Police later identified him as 55-year-old Timothy Chatman of St. Louis.
