Ethiopian Airlines and EU to establish Ethio-European International Business School

Ethiopian Airlines, the largest Aviation Group in Africa and SKYTRAX Certified Four Star Global Airline, and European Union Delegation to Ethiopia signed a letter of intent to establish Ethio-European International Business School (EEIBS). The letter was signed by H.E. Ambassador Johan Borgstam, Head of the European Union Delegation to Ethiopia and Mr. Tewolde GebreMariam, Group CEO of Ethiopian Airlines on December 04, 2018 at the Airline’s Headquarters. Ethiopian will host the delivery of an MBA program at Ethiopian Aviation Academy with the support of the EU Delegation under the EU’s Transformation Triggering Facility (TTF) program. African Airlines Association, Ethiopian Ink MoU on Aviation Training Ethiopian Airlines has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with African Airlines Association (AFRAA). Inking the MoU were Mesay Shiferaw, Managing Director of Ethiopian Aviation academy, and Abdérahmane Berthé, AFRAA s Secretary-General. The MoU is on training that will facilitate a framework of collaboration between AFRAA and Ethiopian Airlines Aviation Academy to achieve common objectives on training of aviation professionals across the African continent, AFRAA disclosed in a press release. The signing of the MoU came following Mr. Berthé s and his leadership team s visit to Ethiopian Airlines, where he met Tewolde GebreMariam, Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO. The two leaders along with their teams held a consultative meeting at Ethiopian Airlines headquarters in Addis Ababa.
