The Company announces that on 31 March 2021 it purchased 100,000 of its own Ordinary 1p shares at a price of £2.87 per share. The shares have been placed into Treasury.
Following this transaction, the Company has 27,066,917 Ordinary shares held in Treasury and 37,442,725 Ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of shares in issue remains as 64,509,642.

Based on a bid price valuation, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share of the Company as at 16 March 2021 was 309.3p including estimated current period revenue and 303.6p excluding current period revenue.
This is based on 37,742,725 Ordinary Shares, being the issued capital of 64,509,642 Ordinary Shares less 26,766,917 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
