The Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department is making strides in getting a more permanent schedule for giving COVID vaccines.
Those still wanting to get a COVID shot can visit www.vaccinate.ne.gov, and register at that site and then choose a location near you with a time and date that works best for one to get their vaccination.
Those without access to the internet or needing help registering can call 833-998-2275.
This coming week, the main brand of vaccine that ELVPHD will have on hand will be the Moderna vaccine.
One of the clinics this coming week will be at the Cox Activity Center at Northeast in Norfolk. They will also be setting up permanent sites in Norfolk and West Point in the coming weeks. In Norfolk, ELVPHD will be at Sunset Plaza, next to Bath and Body Works.

NORFOLK, Neb. â Northeast Community College, in collaboration with the City of Norfolk and the Mayorâs Diversity Council and the Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD), will host another COVID vaccine information and registration event.
The event will take place on Wed., April 7, from 1-7 p.m., in Northeastâs Lifelong Learning Center, 601 E. Benjamin Ave. in Norfolk.
Students and members of the community wanting more information about the COVID vaccines or the registration process are welcome. Volunteers will be on-site to assist those who may have barriers in accessing the online vaccine registration portal whether it be language, technology, or uncertainty. Vaccine informational packets will be available along with activities and snack bags.
