Danny Eugene Hoop, 48, was found unconscious in his cell on the morning of Feb. 15, officials said.Multiple medics and corrections officers were called in, but Hoop was pronounced dead. The Bureau of Criminal Investigation was requested by the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office. The cause of Hoop’s death remains unknown. An autopsy is being performed at the Hamilton County Morgue, at the request of the Clermont County Coroner.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A man, who was called âthe worst of the worstâ by a sheriff, appeared in court Wednesday after being arrested on charges of abduction and murder.
Kilo Nigel âMikeâ Moton, 51, was taken in by Cincinnati police and ATF agents Tuesday around 5:30 p.m., according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
