Stephen Schwartz Archives - Watermark Online

December 14, 2020 Share this story: Undeterred by being in the lame duck for Congress, the U.S. Senate on Dec. 8 approved the nomination of Stephen Schwartz to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Federal Claims, a nominee with an anti-LGBTQ record who rounds out the unprecedented number of judges confirmed under President Trump.
