International graduates recognized with leadership, academic achievement awards 5/11/2021 | University Communications
Three students were recognized by the University of Southern Indiana Center for International Programs for their contributions to cultural awareness and their leadership and academic accomplishments at the USI International Graduation Reception on Thursday, May 6.
“It was good to see the expressions of pride and joy on the faces of the graduating students in person and to encourage them to go and make a difference,” said Dr. Emi Zlatkovska, Interim Director of the Center for International Programs. “We are so proud of all of our graduates and can’t wait to see what the future brings for them.”

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Governor Holcomb will be back in the Tri-State soon.
The Evansville Regional Economic Partnership says their âLunch with the Governorâ event is set for Friday, June 11 at the Old National Events Plaza in downtown Evansville.
It will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Organizers say the governor will highlight upcoming state projects and plans for the next year.
Other people in attendance will be elected and appointed officials and community leaders.

When beginning to form the new partnership among the Southwest Indiana Chamber, the Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville, and the Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana, we recognized that we have a bold vision for the future of our Region. The newly formed Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP) has established core Guiding Principles to inform this vision for our collective future; specifically, our commitment to make the Evansville region the location of choice for talent and business.
Over the next several months, we will explore how E-REP’s Guiding Principles are woven into both the plan of work that you have come to know and the opportunities before us to further strengthen our region and our shared future.
