The Duke of Cambridge, 38, was captured by the Duchess of Cambridge, 39, sitting on their garden feature at Anmer Hall in Norfolk, with his youngsters Prince George, seven, Princess Charlotte, six, and Prince Louis, three, for his birthday last year.  In the image, the family can all be seen beaming at their mother as she snaps away - with Charlotte hugging her father, while Louis sits on William s lap and George stands behind them.
