Church of Nigeria, Diocese of Nnewi unveils multi-million Ecclessoopolis Basilica project On By Chimaobi Nwaiwu The Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, Diocese of Nnewi, has unveiled multi million naira Ecclessoopolis project that will serve as the headquarters of the Diocese. The project was unveiled by the Bishop of Diocese of Nnewi, Rt. Rev Ndubuisi Obi, during the church service to mark 25th Years Silver Jubilee Anniversary of the Diocese, held at Cathedral Church of St Mary, Nnewi, Anambra State. Bishop Obi disclosed that the Ecclessoopolis, will have the new Bishops House, Bishops Chaplin house, lodging accommodation, cathedral workers house, guest house for lodging and accommodation that will contain between 350 to 450 guests, including many others houses and offices.

EEDC decries poor payment culture for electricity supply in South East On Kindly Share This Story: The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) has decried poor payment culture by its post-paid customers across the South-East in spite of the steady improvement in electricity supply. The Head, Corporate Communications, EEDC, Mr Emeka Ezeh, said this in a statement in Enugu on Sunday. It would be recalled that the company just concluded a Cash Drive exercise across its network last week. Ezeh said that the company also had steadily improved on the quality of its services. He lamented the huge collection loss the company was grappling with while striving to improve on the quality of services.
