KANSAS CITY, Mo. â Three days after exiting the AFC Divisional win over Cleveland, Patrick Mahomes returned to practice Wednesday for the Chiefs.

KMBC 9 First Alert Meteorologist Nick Bender says there is a chance for showers during Sunday’s AFC Championship game.Bender said there’s still time for the forecast to change, but the temperatures are predicted to be warm enough to keep the precipitation as rain drops and not snowflakes.“This storm system could change paths,” Bender said. “It could draw in a lot colder air and that would result in a change over to light snow showers Sunday evening, but for now, it’s a chance of rain and possibly snow showers.”
