The value of all residential property in Ireland now stands at over €536bn, up by €18bn since last year, and representing a rise in values of €50m per day.

So far this year more than 630 properties were sold that were worth €1m or more.  More money is being spent on homes with Daft.ie assessing the value of all residential property in Ireland now stands at over €536 billion, that is a jump of 18bn since last year. The average asking price nationwide is €264k while the most expensive location to buy a home is still in Dublin, followed by Enniskerry in Co Wicklow.
