COVID vaccine distribution VA: Veterans eligible in Brockton, Raynham

Veterans and their spouses of all ages have four opportunities to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in Brockton and Raynham this week. The VA Boston Healthcare System is holding four vaccination clinics between Wednesday and Saturday at various locations in the area. The vaccine, which is offered for free, is open to veterans and their spouses of all ages due to a bill passed by Congress in March that expanded eligibility through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Veterans do not need to be enrolled in the VA Healthcare System to sign up for the vaccine. The clinics are also open to caregivers and Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) recipients.
