Mr. Pasqual estate proceeds: $80,000  SCC Alumni Association: $25,000  FY 2022 New Plant Fund Property Taxes: $500,000  Existing Reserves: $712,000  The project has been in the works for years.  During the beginning of his tenure as president in  2012 and 2013, Ash began going on listening tours and conducting surveys among community leaders, SCC students, staff and alumni, and others with connections to SCC. He identified four building projects for SCC to develop to help better serve the region.  From this research, the school designed and built the Science and Health Professions buildings located on the West Burlington campus and the Industrial Technology and Training Center located on the Keokuk campus. The Student Center is the last of the four buildings projects.
