Examples of these requirements include but are not limited to: having arrangements on administrative cooperation in place ensuring correct implementation of rules on cumulation agreed under the Arrangements; having a preferential trade agreement in accordance with Article XXIV of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade applicable between the countries involved in the acquisition of the originating status and the country of destination under the relevant Arrangement; and publication of this notice of fulfilment.
