Cannabis COUSINS caught with 17 snap bags of cannabis in a car have been sentenced to conditional discharges by Bolton magistrates. The court heard how police stopped a BMW on Topp Way as it was heading towards Bolton town centre at 2.15am on August 3, 2019. Leigh Morgan, prosecuting, told how police had information about the vehicle, which was being driven by 23-year-old Sufyan Bhaiyat. A drugs search was carried out and within the vehicle a bag containing 17 snap bags of cannabis was located in the passenger side footwell, said Ms Morgan.
