Cincinnati Weather update: Flood warning in effect for Ohio River through Saturday Quinlan Bentley, Sarah Brookbank, Jeanne Houck and Briana Rice, Cincinnati Enquirer The Ohio River is inching closer to moderate flood stage after heavy rains earlier this week.   A flood warning is currently in effect for the Ohio River at Cincinnati until late Saturday evening, according to the National Weather Service.
