Fulop Wins Endorsement of Powerful Labor Union 3,600 Teamsters Live in Jersey City, Statement Says

March 8, 2021 at 6:43 PM JERSEY CITY, NJ - Teamsters Joint Council 73, a union PAC representing 50,000 workers in New Jersey, is the latest to jump on the Fulop Team bandwagon with its endorsement. Fulop is running for his third term alongside Council members Joyce Watterman, Daniel Rivera, Denise Ridley, Mira Prinz-Arey, Rich Boggiano, Yousef Saleh and Jermaine Robinson, as well as Council at-Large candidate Amy DeGise and Ward E Council candidate Jake Hudnut.  The council, the latest in a number of endorsements the Fulop Team has received ahead of the November municipal election, is made up of 17 different locals throughout the state – although more importantly, about 3,600 of these workers live in Jersey City. The Hotel Trades Council and the Amalgamated Transit Union offered their endorsement for Team Fulop previously.
