More than 300 participants are all set to take on a unique triathlon in the hills of Hatta tomorrow.
The Garmin Quest 2020 is the region’s first long-distance adventure race of its kind.
From biking across the rugged Hajar mountains to trail running through some of the oldest inhabited lands in the UAE, and kayaking in the waters of the Hatta Dam, the race format promises participants a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The competition will take place in two categories: the Challenger category (open to people aged 14-60), and the Explore category (open to people aged 17-60).

New contracts demonstrate strong, sustained demand for BPGIC s strategically-located oil storage terminals
NEW YORK, Dec. 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Brooge Energy Ltd. ( Brooge Energy or the Company ) (NASDAQ:BROG), a midstream oil storage and service provider strategically located outside the Strait of Hormuz, adjacent to the Port of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates ( UAE ) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Brooge Petroleum and Gas Investment Company FZE ( BPGIC ) , announced today that BPGIC has signed offtake contracts with two regional oil trading companies for total geometric storage capacity of 104,074 cbm at a 60% premium to previous contracts.
