Amazon Web Services Opens Office in Greece File photo Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced that they will soon open their first office in Athens as part of the conglomerate’s ongoing investment in Greece. The firm had previously opened a CloudFront location in the capital city and the addition of the AWS office is seen as another important development which grew out of the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2020 with the country’s Ministry of Digital Governance. Amazon says that the addition of these on-the-ground services will help Greece compete by building a modern economy powered by cloud computing. Only part of its ongoing investment plan, the company says that it is continuing to expand its presence in Greece to support the growing number of customers and partners in the country.

Gender based Violence: Jose Foundation launches trust fund On Kindly Share This Story:  Director of Communication, United Kingdom Ministry of Justice, Dr Andrea Charles-Fidelis and president, Jose Foundation, Dr Martins Abhulimhen after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to fight Gender Based Violence (GBV) in London.  Nigerian international nongovernmental organisation, Jose Foundation has launched a multi-million naira trust fund to fight against gender-based violence (GBV). Jose Foundation in a statement signed by its president Dr. Martins Abhulimhen disclosed that the trust fund became necessary to address the rising cases of gender-based violence across the country by providing guards against GBV.
